At Amazing Grace PNC, Inc., we understand the pressures that
aging, illness and disability can place on families, and the difficulty of
needing to turn to "outsiders" for help. Our agency was created with
the intention of relieving families of the guilt and worry that arises
when they are no longer able to care for their loved ones on their

before gaining access to this area of our website. Caregiver schedules have been password-protected to ensure that each employee may only
view their own schedule.
User name: Enter your last name, lower case letters only. If your last name is
hyphenated, such as Smith-Johnston, please enter only the last name (Johnston).
If you and another Caregiver share the same last name, please add your first initial
to the last name (the name Mary Jones would be entered "mjones."
Password: Enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number (this will appear
as a series of dots when entered to protect your privacy).
If you are unable to access your schedule using this method, please contact us to
ensure that we have the correct Social Security Number and spelling of your last
name on file.
Hint: Checking the "Remember my password" box will enable your home computer
to automatically log you in each time you visit your schedule. This option is not
recommended if you are checking your schedule on a shared computer as it may
enable others to view your personal information.
Schedules are updated every 24 to 48 hours. If you have requested a change which does not appear within 24 to 48 hours, please contact
Danielle at 781-337-1516 to confirm the change. Remember that schedule changes must be approved by the main office.
