Our prices leave absolutely NO surprises. Simply, clients get invoiced from the moment the caregiver enters the home, to the moment the caregiver leaves.
We have a four hour minimum per shift; this enables us to be consistent with the care. Most people/caregivers are reluctant to go to work for one or two hours. If you only need an hour or two please call us, we have relationships with other agencies, (there are some that provide shorter blocks of time) and will assist you in finding one that shares our ethics.
Our hourly rate is as follows for a CNA/HHA:
- Eighty hours per week is $23.00 per hour
- Seventy Nine hours or less per week is $25.00 per hour.
There is NOT a weekend differential or a different rate for overnights. (Caregivers are not allowed to sleep during overnight shifts.)
- Our hourly rate for an RN is $80.00 per hours/visit
- Our hourly rate for an LPN is $70.00 per hours/visit
We have seven major holidays that we compensate the caregiver's time and one half. We invoice accordingly. They are:
- New Years Day
- Easter Sunday
- Memorial Day
- July 4th
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day*
*We do compensate all caregiver's double time on Christmas day. Again, we invoice accordingly!
